Enrique Singer

He studied Dramatic Literature and Theater at UNAM. He was Director and Coordinator of the National Theater Company, National Theater Coordinator at the Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes (INBA) and Director of Teatro UNAM. He has been an academic at the Escuela Nacional de Arte Teatral del INBA, at the Centro Universitario de Teatro (CUT) and at the acting school CasAzul, Artes Escénicas Argos.

He is a stage director, actor, teacher and theater producer. His extensive career includes productions by authors such as Pessoa, Shakespeare, Ibsen, Brecht, Lessing, Harold Pinter, David Mamet, Sabina Berman, Tennessee Williams, Hugo Wirth, as well as operas by Verdi and Puccini, among others.

His work has been recognized by various critics' associations, winning several awards and recognitions for his performance as director, actor and producer. He has been named best stage director on three occasions, including awards in opera (“Lucia di Lammermoor” at the Palacio de Bellas Artes and “Rusalka” at the Teatro Colón in Argentina). He has participated in more than sixty productions and has four decades of artistic experience, which covers genres ranging from Cabaret to Theater, including television, radio, dubbing and film. He currently directs, together with Alberto Lomnitz, the Escuela Libre de Artes Escénicas.

Marina de Tavira 

Mexican actress of theater, film and television. She has developed her career mainly in the Mexican theater scene. She has starred in texts by authors such as Bertolt Brecht, Harold Pinter, David Mamet, Ximena Escalante, David Hevia, among others. 

She has been nominated by different associations of theater journalists in Mexico. She formed together with Enrique Singer, Incidente Teatro. where they have produced “Skylight, "The River", " Betrayal", "Crimes of the heart", “The righteous woman”, “The anarchist”, and "Obsesión". In film she has worked with directors such as Issa López, Rodrigo Plá, Carlos Carrera, Mariana Chenillo, Hari Sama, Alfonso Cuarón, Katina Medina Mora and Lisa Joy.

Marina was nominated for a 2019 Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for her portrayal of the role of Sofia in the multi-award winning "Roma". For this same role, Marina won an Ariel in the category of Best Female Co-Actress in the 2019 edition of the most important awards in Mexican cinema.
She was the leading voice in Mexico for the show "Blindness" created by the Donmar Warehouse, which received the Metropolitan Award for Best Mexican Theater. Her most recent television work premiered on Apple TV +, 'Now and Then', the first bilingual series, produced in Spain by Bambú Producciones.

Daniela Parra 

Graduated in Communication Sciences from Universidad Anáhuac and graduated from the Acting Career at CasAzul, Artes Escénicas ARGOS, where she studied with Héctor Mendoza, José Caballero, Martín Acosta, Enrique Singer, among others. She directed the scene of Verdi's "Stiffelio" at Palacio de Bellas Artes in 2018. In theater, with support from the financial incentive EFIARTES, she has directed: "Báthory contra la 613" by Romero Gárriz, "12:00 p.m." by Labute and "Alucinada" by Rascón Banda, among others. She was resident director of the National Theater Company from 2019 to 2022, where she led the direction of Juan Tovar's "Horas de gracia" in 2021 and the direction of "Historias del té" in 2020.

She is executive producer of Incidente Teatro, where she has produced: "The River" by Butterworth and “Skylight” by Hare; both benefited by EFIARTES.

She has been teaching drama at various levels for 21 years. Since 2019 she is in charge of the Acting class for the Estudio de Ópera de Bellas Artes (2019-2022) and she is Academic Secretary of the Escuela Libre de Artes Escénicas since 2021.
